The Raj Bhavan garden will be opened for general public from January 5. Governor Dr SC Jamir has given permission to open the garden in two phases. The first phase is from January 5 to 20 and the second phase is from February 1 to 10. The main attractions of the garden include a lush green lawn, an orchid house, a cactus house, a deer park and musical fountains etc. The visitors can enter from reception office gate near the main entrance between 3pm and 5pm. They will be allowed to stay in the garden up to 5.30 pm.
