The Second International HR Conference on the theme “Re-thinking People Management” of Xavier School of Human Resource Management, Xavier University Bhubaneswar, will be held on 3rd-4th February, 2017. This is one of the largest annual events in the country that works as a bridge between all stakeholders of Human Resource Management and the students. The theme has expanded from “Industrial Relations” in 2016 to the above mentioned one, in 2017.
The HR Conference will comprise of a pre-conference workshop on “Research Methods for Behavioural Research” on the 2nd February 2017 by Prof. Satyabhushan Dash, IIM Lucknow. Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference will witness eminent panelists from various domains of HR engaging in discussions in a plethora of topics.
Esteemed speakers will share ideas, concerns, knowledge and insights from research and experience, and discuss innovations and multifarious challenges in the different arenas of action. The speakers will be covering a multitude of topics, like Talent Management, Organizational Designs, Indigenous approaches to HR, Holacracy, Indian HR, HR Analytics and handling workplace diversity.
