In another effort of improving delivery of public services by using social media, the state government in association with Facebook organized a workshop here on Tuesday for the bureaucrats and senior officers.
As all government departments, collectorates and SP offices logged into platforms like Facebook and Twitter to talk about their initiatives and also to get feedback from public directly, the workshop discussed strategies to streamline the use of social media.
Representatives from the US-based social media giant briefed about some of the interesting tools and features of social media during the workshop that lasted for nearly 90 minutes.
