In line with its popularity in the corporate sector, golf is again set to permeate India’s business circles. The Global Enterprise Connect (GEC) Open — an annual corporate tournament held across many nations in the eastern hemisphere — will make its presence felt in five Indian cities from the end of this month — Jamshedpur (October 29), Bengaluru (November 1), Delhi NCR (November 4), Bhubaneswar (November 12) and Mumbai (November 12).
From one round in Dubai during its inception in 2014, the fourth edition of the ongoing event will see 29 rounds being held across 18 countries, with a participation of more than 2,400. India alone will be accounting for 500 of them.
