Yannita Priyadarshini and Biswakant Panda, students of Utkal Culture University, attempted a place in Limca Book of World Records by drawing a 500-feet long and 50-feet wide rakhi in Indira Gandhi park in Bhubaneswar. This was made with 300 kilos of paddy and about 40 kilograms of rice and doesn’t include any plastic materials in it. The artists attempted to display the art and culture of the state through this magnificent piece of art.
