Pramila Kirsani of Odisha was selected the best lifter in the junior category of Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships at Pune. She bagged a gold medal in junior 58kg category and a silver in the 58kg segment for seniors. Approximately 139 weightlifters from 22 countries participated in the mega event.
