Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Bhubaneswar yesterday night.He was received by Governor SC Jamir and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik after landing in Biju Patnaik International Airport at about 11:00 PM on a special Indian Air Force plane.
The National Institute of Science Education and Research (Niser) is set to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will inaugurate the institute. He will then fly Puri to pay obeisance to Lord Jagannath at about 11 AM. After spending an hour in Puri temple, he will fly to Paradip, where he will dedicate the 15 MMTPA Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) oil refinery at about 1 PM.
