Outreach International Radio Fair 2016 is to be held at Bhubaneswar. The fair will start on the occasion of World Radio Day i.e. 13th of February and close on 14th.
Radio Fair is an event which is first of its kind in India. International Radio broadcasters, broadcasting associations, including All India Radio stations, Private FM channels and Community Radio stations of India can take part. Three days long exhibition will consist Radio shops, old radio set show, radio equipment stall, sand art on radio etc. All the participating stations will also project themselves with respective stalls. Every evening will be entertaining because of various cultural performance by radio artists from all over India. Seminars and talks on the importance of Radio and World Radio Day will be organised every afternoon.
Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan and eminent news reader Upendra Pahadsingh have given their consent join the Radio Fair this year among others.
