The National Institute of Science Education and Research Bhubaneswar is proud to announce it’s annual cultural and science fest “Udbhava’16” which starts on 18th march and goes on till 20th March. The fest includes some exciting events ranging from flash mob in a mall (Abhivyakti), general quiz competition (Jigyasa), to fashion competition (Glitz) and much more. They are also organising a short marathon on morning of 20th March. All the proceeds from the event goes towards ensuring better education facilities for the underprivileged.
