Shashank Shekhar has topped the Indian Engineering Services (IES) Examination 2018 conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). He did BTech in electronic and telecommunication engineering from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, in 2013. After completing his engineering degree from KIIT, Mr Shekhar completed MTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Khargapur.
