Saheed Nagar Durga Puja Committee is using a whopping 2.5 quintals of silver to create the Chandi Medha and Gate design features Delhi Swaminarayan Temple. Only the crown of the Durga idol was made of silver earlier.The Silver Filigree backdrop alone will cost the Puja committee around Rs 2 crore in current market value.
