Aegis, part of the $35-billion Essar Group, is in the process of establishing seven new delivery centres in India so that it can cater to the increasing demand for back-office services from domestic clients. One of them is scheduled to be built in Bhubaneswar. Overall, Aegis plans to hire 11,000 people during the same period across India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and other geographies.
