Information received is that, the team is getting ready to open it’s gates for guests, in the first week of May. People of twin cities will get authentic taste of North Indian cuisine from the house of Moti Mahal.
The team has taken care of small details like opting for conventional coal based clay tandoors instead of electric tandoors, for that authentic smokey flavour, in all it’s tandoor dishes. For vegetarians, there’s an entire array of Tandoori dishes other than North Indian curries.
