Air Vistara, a new domestic carrier, will start operations from the Biju Patnaik International Airport from October 25. It will fly from here to New Delhi. Air Vistara is a joint venture between Tata Sons Limited and Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA). In September, Vistara procured its first Airbus A320-200 single aisle aircraft. The specialty of the aircraft is less burning of aviation fuel.
