All universities across Odisha will be Wi-Fi enabled from the next academic session i.e. March. In this initiative, Wi-Fi facilities will be introduced in seven universities, 46 colleges and all autonomous universities funded by state government and students would have access to e-library, smart classroom and smart campus services.
The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has been entrusted with the responsibility to execute the project for which the officials have begun the survey of the state-run institutions.
