Prime minister Narendra Modi might visit Odisha in February first week to inaugurate IOCL and NISER permanent campus. He might visit Puri Jagannath Temple for darshan too.
The refinery is one of the largest in the world and the technology used in it is of international standards. Apart from Rs 35,000-crore investment in the refinery, the IOCL has proposed to invest another 40,000 crore in Paradip for developing an LPG import terminal, a marketing terminal, a south jetty and other associated facilities.
