Odisha government has decided to enhance the seating capacity of Kalinga Stadium from 5,000 to 15,000 in view of hosting FIH Hockey World League Final-2017 and Men’s World Cup-2018. This was told at a meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi.
