Odisha’s first rock garden will come up on 8.58 acres at Ambapua near Berhampur. Chief minister Naveen Patnaik will lay the foundation stone for the Rs 13.92-crore project on Wednesday. The garden will be like the one in Chandigarh and executed by the Berhampur Development Authority.
