Times Of India Writes:
Tourists planning to visit Chandaka wildlife sanctuary can visit all the attractions inside the sanctuary in an open-top jeep that would be provided by the sanctuary authorities.
The move is aimed at attracting more tourists to the sanctuary. Now tourists use their own vehicles which are covered. The open-top jeep will facilitate better view of the forest and wildlife,” said divisional forest officer (Chandaka) Kedar Kumar Swain. “We may rope in some private party to run these open jeeps. The eco-guides will accompany the tourists in every vehicle and tell them about the flora, fauna and routes,” he added.
